Scott Burgess is a healthcare CEO, specializing in behavioral health.  He has been running healthcare divisions for over twenty years and has vast experience in program development & design as well as business and financial operations.  Due to his passion, clinical background and business experience, Scott was selected to help lead efforts on the Governor's Task Force in IL which successfully developed the State's comprehensive strategic plan to improve mental healthcare.  This plan will drive improvements for 2013-2018.   He recently accepted a CEO position in Naples, FL. and is already focused like a laser on inspiring and empowering leadership within his companies 300 staff.  Scott has felt a calling to assist in leadership formation and has worked to fulfill this desire across all his management positions, through being a coach of multiple sports for over 15 years and now, through the founding of FaceNorth.

Patrick McDermott is a healthcare Vice President with over 25 years of business and finance experience.  His distinguished career spans both the worlds of business consultation and healthcare executive management.  With over 1000 staff members reporting up through Patrick's divisions, he spends a great deal of time developing skills and talents as well as providing opportunities for growth through purposeful efforts to engage and empower his staff.  As a key executive leader of a multi-hospital health system, Patrick is constantly absorbing new information to help ensure his system's success and that of his employees.  Patrick is a highly sought after national speaker and is known for his strong ability to wed principled theory with practical tools that can be immediately applied.  Patrick has a passion to unleash the inner potentials in each individual and that drive led him to develop FaceNorth; he wants to see more potentials powerfully released.
